Brittany Goff
Brittany is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in Obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety disorders. Brittany received her Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work from Salisbury University. Brittany is an experienced practitioner and author in Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), having authored the first published I-CBT workbook. Brittany has created an entire I-CBT training that she has taught to hundreds of clinicians. She received regular consultations from the Founder of I-CBT, Fred Aardema. She also participates in frequent learning opportunities around I-CBT such as facilitating skills groups to help clinicians implement different techniques they can use with their clients when utilizing I-CBT.
